Employers in California that have establishments meeting one of the requirements below are required annually to electronically submit Form 300A injury and illness data:
The deadline for submission each year is March 2nd, and employers covered by the electronic submission requirements must submit their Form 300A data for the previous calendar year. For example, employers must submit their Form 300A data for the 2019 calendar year by March 2, 2020.
We have prepared this course where you can follow step by step to know how to electronically submit your OSHA 300 logs. This course is a review of the recordkeeping requirements and forms at the high level:
- First, we will review the requirement to complete the forms and evaluate specific exceptions.
- Second, we will look at the forms in OSHA’s recordkeeping package.
- Third, we will demonstrate recordability criteria for injuries and illness.
- Lastly, we will show you how to record injuries /illness on the forms.
